The wedge
National talent infrastructure
A living, national map of every prospect in the country. Federations and academies stop losing future professionals to poor record-keeping, staff turnover and migration — because the knowledge now lives in one place they own.
Federation-grade database
National talent infrastructure incumbents structurally don't sell.
Every talent, tracked over time
A continuous record of each prospect — not a one-off video clip.
Data no one else owns
Proprietary observational data that compounds with every report.
Traction & validation
Validated where it counts
The platform has been run with a club competing in Europe, is in daily use with academies and agencies, and has been vetted by a national innovation programme.
Pilot completed — FK TSC Bačka Topola
A full pilot delivered with a Serbian SuperLiga club that reached the UEFA Conference League knockout phase.
In use by academies & agencies
Running today with multiple youth academies in both US and EU markets and player agencies, repeatable demand beyond the pilot.
Winner — SMART START
Selected by the national accelerator programme of the Innovation Fund: non-dilutive validation from a credible institution.
LALIGA Academy engagement
Active engagement with one of world soccer's leading youth development networks — our entry into Spain.
FK TSC Bačka Topola (opens their own site)
- Serbian SuperLiga club that reached the UEFA Conference League knockout phase in 2023/24, matched only by Crvena zvezda and Partizan.
- A club built on youth: TSC develops from its own academy base and has produced players now at major European clubs.
- Delivered end-to-end framework tuned to the club's methodology, scouts onboarded, live database built pitch-side.
LALIGA Academy (opens their own site)
- One of world soccer's leading youth development networks — 650+ projects across 50+ countries, all run on the LALIGA methodology.
- Our route into Spain — a market of 21,000+ clubs and more than a million registered players.
- Benchmarks the platform against elite international academy standards, not only domestic ones.
SMART START (opens their own site)
- Serbia's national Innovation Fund backs early-stage teams to validate an idea and build a first working product: up to 5.4m RSD, plus a dedicated mentoring budget.
- The Fund covers up to 90% of the project budget and takes no equity, so the validation costs nothing off the cap table.
- Six to nine months of funded development with structured mentoring, rather than a one-off cheque.
